In an effort to make things easier on those who like reading the transcripts for Team Four Star's work, I have made the ULTIMATE Transcript List, which lists transcripts for EACH AND EVERY DragonBall Z Abridged, Hellsing Ultimate Abridged, Final Fantasy VII: Machinabridged, and Attack On Titan Abridged Episode! [the specials and movies, too! ]
Please note that this journal is specific to Team Four Star's abridged series, not their original content, and not all of the transcripts are hosted by me on DeviantART, so some of the links lead off-site!

Also, please keep in mind that I choose to do these transcripts because I enjoy it and I want to help others;
it's not a job, I don't get paid for writing them, and it takes time to type out, revise, edit, and upload what is usually 10,000+ words or more, so patience and understanding is much appreciated.

You know.. I knew this day would come at some point, but it's very, very hard to put into words.
But.. here it goes ~

So..
Back in.. about 2013, I started writing transcripts for the DBZA episodes on my computer ~ it wasn't something I had to do, and I didn't post them online or anything, it was just a personal project that I worked on in-between drawings, for a bit of fun. But after awhile, I got curious, and tentatively posted one in my gallery, just to see what people thought, and to maybe find some other DBZA fans to chat with.

And the response was AMAZING; I had no idea that so many people would be interested in the transcripts, and I was more than happy to help, so I posted more of my collection, and began writing transcripts for the episodes I hadn't gotten to yet, so I could post those as well.

Eventually I had so many that I had to start hosting the files in my stash instead of my main gallery, because there ended up being so many, and I also made this transcript journal along the way, so that it was easier for fans to find what they were looking for. I wanted to do everything possible that I could to help. :3

But as time wore on, I started noticing drawbacks to my project; I caught myself analyzing episodes instead of just enjoying them, or I would stress over lines I couldn't figure out.. my anxiety would spike if I felt like I was taking too long to get a transcript up, or by the time I WOULD post one, another episode or movie would air and I would have to start right back over.

Doing the transcripts was becoming more of a burden than I had ever intended, but I kept doing it because I didn't want to let anyone down, myself included. I hate the idea of 'giving up,' or 'quitting,' so I just kept going, and honestly, there was a LOT more to it, but the short of it is that.. I'm so tired.

And not just of the transcripts, but of life in general. I wouldn't say I'm depressed, exactly, so much as.. I feel very old.
I'm only 25, but between things that have been going on these past few years and other pressures I've been facing, it's like.. I feel like I've already lived a lifetime, and I'm looking back at my 'youth,' and all the time I've wasted being worried, or tired, or sad, or angry.. I feel like I don't know how to just 'be' anymore, and that's a little scary to me.

Ah, but I'm rambling.. so, the point is that I always told myself that I would work on the transcripts for as long as I felt comfortable with, but in truth, that day came and went a long time ago.
And I just.. need a minute to breath. At the very least until I feel passionate about what I'm doing again, and then I might consider picking up where I left off.

I really, really hate the idea of disappointing anyone or letting them down, but, at least for now, I've just gotta take a step back.
